FIFI was distinguished by its participation in a high level ministerial dialogue during the ANVESH conference, held on February 26–28, 2026 curated by NIFTEM. The engagement led by Director of NIFTEM Mr. Harinder Oberoi, with the Hon’ble Minister of Food Processing Industries, Shri Chirag Paswan transcended traditional discourse. It served as a strategic deep dive into the evolution of the Indian food and beverage ecosystem, underscoring FIFI’s steadfast commitment to representing the industry’s pulse while harmonizing local market dynamics with global excellence.
The session focused on several pivotal pillars essential for the sector's modernization, most notably the unrealized prospects within International Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) to ensure they yield tangible, "on-the-ground" benefits for all stakeholders. Discussions further explored the integration of advanced food technology and the leverage of international networks to introduce world-class innovation to the Indian landscape.
