The sophisticated gathering featured a curated menu of Ecuadorian cocoa, presented by the Chef Dipinder Tiwari at Qla, Mehrauli which successfully redefined cocoaâs application beyond conventional confectionery.
H.E. Fernando Xavier Bucheli Vargas, the Ambassador of Ecuador to India, and Mr. Jorge MarĂșn, CEO of Hacienda San JosĂ©, powerfully supported quality, sustainability, and strengthened agri-food diplomacy, facilitating this pivotal exchange among discerning industry stakeholders.
