FIFI facilitated a focused and high-level interaction with a distinguished Chilean delegation led by Mr. Ricardo Meyer, Secretary of Commerce, Government of Chile, and His Excellency Mr. Juan Angulo, Ambassador of Chile to India on 3rd december, 2025 at FIFI House, New Delhi. The meeting brought together senior representatives from SOFOFA, Chilenut, Frutas de Chile and Aqua Chile—organisations that play a key role in the ongoing Chile–India Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) discussions.
The engagement provided FIFI’s sectoral committees with a platform to engage in outcome oriented discussions on strengthening bilateral trade and deepening economic cooperation between the two nations. The dialogue helped identify practical synergies across the food and beverage value chain, aligning the strengths of Chilean producers with the evolving needs of the Indian market.
